Step inside an entirely unreal place where nothing is original and everything is on display! Encounter the unreality of the constructed reality! Spectate the spectacle! This study is an experiment in hyper-stimulation-simulation where we’ll ask ourselves: what does embodied reality feel like within a hyperreality? How do our signs and signifiers create new realms for us to enter into? Can an expedition into the hyperreal lead us back to the Real?  

Join us on a brief trip to Times Square — but fret not, limited time will be spent in our city’s hyperstimulation portal before safely exiting to more calm and settled realms.
